Your order

Your order for dresses and shoes is accepted and a contract is formed between AL-DANCE STUDIL  and you when  a payment has been taken from you by AL-DANCE STUDIL. 

 

Cancelling Your order

-If you need to cancel a order that has been placed, please to do cancelling within 2 days after the day you have made payment. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to items that have been in manufacturing process.

 

Delivery Terms

All orders are free shipping ,VAT and tax will be paid by AL-DANCE STUDIO.

Shipping period is 7~15 days in normal season,But in various holidays it will be deferred as well as weather condition. Tracking number will be sent by email or message to  you.

 

RETURN &EXCHANGES POLICY 

NON-RETURNABLE

-Items without any fault of manufacture are not accepted for return.

-Customised clothing are not returnable, not in return policy.

-Shipping fee will not be refunded when items are returned.

 

-You must inform us of your wish to return or exchange in writing either by  message or email  ( annalewis832@outlook.com) in a period of 15 days after beginning on the day after the day you receive your order, we will confirm returning or exchanging of your order , return to us without approval will be rejected. 

 

-Shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the payment of order  when refunding.

 

-If you return items to us, ,We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If items are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

-You should return items to us in their original  packaging ,they must be unwashed, unused, unworn, and in a fully resalable condition with their tags  attached with all hygienic seals in place and unbroken. Refunds will be rejected for any items arriving back with obvious signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags. 

 We cannot accept substitute or alternative items by way of returns, nor are we able to send them back to you, so please look closely at the items you return to us. If you return or attempt to return substitute or alternative items, you will still be responsible for paying for the original item purchased. Accepting returned items and/or crediting an account does not constitute a waiver of our right to charge an investigation fee. 

 

Return to AL-DANCE STUDIO

All of returnable items must be sent to address we issue to you via  either message or email.

NOTE: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

 

Refund

-After the items have been returned and have passed quality inspection, refund will be issued in 5~7 days.
